Q: Do I need to buy and add some additional cream cheese, eggs or milk to the mix like other mixes on the Market.

A: No! All you need to add is just water. All the best ingredients are already included!


Q: Do I have to add a crust to the bottom of the mold?

A: You don't have too, but to have the best experience, adding a crust of your choice is always better.


Q: Is the crust included in the mix?

A: No, it is not included. However, we’re working on a Gluten-Free crust coming soon!


Q: I reached out to customer service, how long will it take to someone to respond back to me?

A: We try to answer everyone as quickly as possible, but on average it will only take a few hours for us to get back to you.


Q: Do you have a physical storefront I can come in to purchase your cheesecake mix?

A: No. We’re currently an online retailer only, but that may change in the future!


Q: What is the shelf life of the New York Style cheesecake mix?

A: We recommend storing the Les Desserts New York Style cheesecake mix up to 12 months in a room temperature setting. Check the expiration date on the box.

A: Yes, our recipe is made with only the highest quality ingredients to offer you the best experience.


Q: What are the ingredients in the Les Desserts’ New York Style Cheesecake Mix?

A: Water, Cream Cheese Powder (Milk And Cream, Cheese Culture, Salt, Carob Bean Gum, Nonfat Dry Milk, Disodium Phosphate, Natural Flavor), Sugar Sweet Cream Powder (Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk, Sunflower Lecithin, Silicon Dioxide), Buttermilk Powder, Whole Egg Powder, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Salt, Soy Flour, Fructose.


Q: Does Les Desserts’ cheesecake mix contain nuts?

A: Yes. We use Sunflower Lecithin. According to research obtained from foodallergens.info, “Lecithin may contain remnants of protein from the food it is extracted from. This means that allergic people who are highly sensitive to soy, rape, egg or sunflower seeds might react to lecithin.”


Q: Is Les Desserts’ New York Style cheesecake mix Gluten-Free?

A: Yes.


Q: Is Les Desserts’ cheesecake mix Kosher?

A: Yes.


Q: What is rBST-Free?

A: Sourced from the centerforfoodsafety.org “Some U.S. dairy farms inject the genetically engineered hormone rBGH, also called rBST, into their cows to boost milk production—so be sure to purchase products with a label that indicates cows free of rBGH or rBST. Certified Organic. Produced Without rbGH.

Q: Can I buy the cheesecake other than on Amazon?

A: Right now Amazon is the only one distributor, we are looking to expand very soon.


Q: Is there a minimum order quantity required?

A: Absolutely not. You can order a single cheesecake mix, or five if you’d like!


Q: How much notice is needed for an order?

A: We produce our luxury cheesecake mix in small batches of 5,000 units per month. This helps control the quality of our product so we can offer only the best to our customers. We’re currently working on some new tasty flavors and new mixes and love to get our loyal customers’ opinions.
