Instructions:

Convection oven: Preheat to 310 F / Conventional oven: Preheat to 340 F

Pour the water in a bowl and empty the cheesecake mix into it. Gently hand stir with a spatula until all lumps are removed (about 3 min., no mixer required)

Grease the sides and bottom of the mold. Do not use a foaming spray and add about 2 oz of the crust crumbs of your choice to the bottom of the mold. Gently press the crust in the pan and slowly pour prepared cheesecake mix over it.

Place the filled mold at the center of a tray. Carefully place the baking tray in the pre-heated oven. Pour some of water into the baking tray and bake.

Our powder mix is available in retail packaging, or in bulk for the food service industry. We think it has a huge potential with hotels, restaurants, cafeterias (schools, hospitals, corporate). One of the biggest cruise lines in the United States is now using our cheesecake mix exclusively, it gives them that much more flexibility.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Every batch of our cheesecake mix is tested by a third party lab to ensure its safety prior to distribution. We pride ourselves in being certified and in full compliance with both state and nationwide certifications and policies.

How many cheesecakeS can I make with a 12 Pound bag?

You can make up to six 9" cheesecakes with one 12 lbs bag.

Do I need to buy OR add cream cheese, eggs or milk to the mix, like other mixES on the Market?

Nope! Just Add Water. That's it. Everything you need is already in the mix. Plus: all ingredients have been carefully chosen and tested in a third party lab, so you know you're getting a premium product. 

What kind of crust do I need to use for the cheesecake?

You may add any crust you would like. Our mix is very versatile and the crust is entirely optional, but we highly recommend it if you're looking for the classic NY Style Cheesecake experience. If you're looking to keep things Gluten-free, then choose a gluten free crust or GF graham crackers.

What is the turn around time for an order?

It all depends of the quantity ordered. For a minimum order of 2500lbs, the turn around is less than 14 days. We produce our luxury cheesecake mix by the order. This helps control the quality of our product so we can offer only the best to our customers.

What is the shelf life of the Cheesecake mix?

We recommend storing the Les Desserts New York Style cheesecake mix up to 12 months in a room temperature setting. Check expiration date on the box.

How many cheesecake mixES ARE there? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM?

We have four different cheesecake mixes separated in two categories: Bake & No-Bake

Bake (Requires you to bake after mixing with water -- Do not eat the raw mix!)

Do I have to add a crust to the bottom of the mold?
